Did anyone else notice that Ginny is the only girl in the picture who wears pants? The rest all wear skirts.

It seems to me that Dean looks strange in this picture because his face looks too young to be that tall. He's head and shoulders above the front row, but he still looks 11 or 12. That and his sweater is a little too small.

I can just see the new looking Neville ending up in a news paper article that ends "Before turning the gun on himself." For some reason he really looks strange, mildly psychotic strange at the very least.

The problem with any female actress is that the film industry has very few places for anyone who isn't very good looking. Males don't have that problem as much, you can be overweight and still find parts, good parts even, you can be ugly and still find good parts. Women have to be slim and good looking to get parts.

Umbridge looks quite good, not as chubby as she should be but see above paragraph, lol.

Luna is good IMO

Nigel is played by one William Melling. IMDB reveals that Dudley Dursley is played by one Harry Melling. Perhaps the little brother needed a role, too. Perhaps they are related to someone with some influence.

I like two of the students in the DA-Scene: Luna and Neville.

Luna should place the wand behind her ear but her appearance is ok. She don't look as weird as I still picture canon.Luna but then the film students have to wear strict boarding-school uniforms instead of robes. A cork necklace would contradict the attempt to create a cliche-boarding-school image.

In the book Neville is eager to learn everything Harry teaches and he is finally one of the best of the group. I think he seeks revenge for his parents and his expression matches it.

I hope there are more students participating in the DA. Maybe these are the students with speaking parts. I miss Marietta Edgecomb. Perhaps they don't even mention her betrayal in the film.

 

I've never really liked the movies, considering they completely mangle the books EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

And that representation of Umbridge is NOTHING like I always picture her. If you follow anime or manga at all, then I could tell you my image of Umbridge is eerily similar to Lady Alvida for One Piece, the first bad pirate Luffy meets. If you DON'T like anime, then just picture a beach ball with the head of a toad.

I didn't see #4, I ain't gonna see this one.

 

He was in PoA, the boy who read the newspaper when Sirius black was sighted. He has definitely dropped some pounds, eh he doesn't look bad.

Harry looks really unfit for his role. -No black mess hair. -No green eyes. -His shoulders are too broad for his size. -And he looks like a wuss.

Luna looks good.

I expected Umbridge to look more like..a toad. But I guess there aren't many people in this world who might fit this category. I believe she could pull this off, as long as she acts like Umbridge. That is what truly matters.

The twins look screwed, Neville looks creepy as hell, Ron looks better with the haircut yet still retarded, Hermione needs to frizz it up a notch, and Cho doesn't really match that asian beauty, IMO.

 

Ugh, this sucks. Neville looks so weird, like he was under a Cruciatus or two. Ron actually looks a little better, and Luna seems hot.

Why are the Patils fugly. Also, where is Seamus. Nigel gets a part, but not Seamus.

 

The Dursleys look fine. Dudley is a creep.
