Having not read anything by this apparently bad author, I'm not really against a Boba Fett or Mandalorian movie at all. Most of my knowledge of the Mandalorians comes from KotOR, and if they just follow that then I'm good.

 

I wish we would get movies set in the Old Republic era. Eh, foolish hope.

And there you go. I read that they were trying to push the date to 2016, because things were dragging, so they made as late in 2015 as humanly possible to still catch the Christmas vacation crowd. Meh.

None of the cast has been official as of yet; John Williams doing the score is the most recent update.

 

I'm extremely ok about this, strangely enough.

 

I read a few days ago on BBC that they were planning on having open casting for what I believe were 2 main roles - so it sounds like he wants to go with a bunch of nobodies, but it's still early days.

 

New faces are good, I've seen enough old farts in hollywood. Some people should just retire.
