I'm not into the guys talking about bangin nonstop and slinging drugs in every single song, it's not fucking glamourus to worry about being shot. These dudes don't do that. It's pure hip-hop, just stories or freestyle style flows over easy beats. Probably the more pure shit I've heard in a long time going back to where it came from.

Mez went to the same high school as me, although he's a few years younger then me, talks about some of the same areas I go to weekly. Kooley seems more Durham based, they name drop Burlington a few times as well. You can find their whole albums for free download on their respective sites, well worth the time.

They're both working on new albums, be interesting to see what they can do.
