Cool.. the hair thing is kind of a nessecary evil... its all linked to the England ( Potter/Black/Albion) vrs. France (LeStrange, Malfoys, OCFamily-I- haven't-thought-a-name-for-yet) that ended with the treaty and cursed blood.

The Potters thought it'd be hilarious to have little Malfoys running around with messy black hair, and the Malfoys the same about the Potters and blonde hair.

I couldn't see either side just settling on peace, not before taking atleast one last shot at each other.

Meh... he could always use muggle hair dye to return it to normal if he really wanted. I'm sure they didnt charm it against muggle chems.
