No. Apparently Lexi decided to shut the thread down for absolutely no reason.

    this

i dont exactly see the problem with having small games run in the same thread or having a single spot for them, if anything its to stop me/us from making 100 threads that go about 50 or so posts if im/anyone doing a 5pish/short game

at one point we were tying to do a cleanup and keep it tidy, having 50 threads of 50-100 posts for a filler game is counterproductive.

if we had a subthread to where we could store complete games (like my homestie does) i would be fine with it but i think us doing a spam full of threads of filler would deter people

    ill think it over

What part of wanting different games in different threads for archiving purposes is so hard to understand?

"I have an almost complete disregard of precedent, and a faith in the possibility of something better. It irritates me to be told how things have always been done. I defy the tyranny of precedent. I go for anything new that might improve the past." -- Clara Barton

The way I see it, if she thinks cluttering the thread with pages of 2-page games instead of one huge one is a good idea, then...well, I can't say that's good organization/planning, but at the same time, it's her choice and her responsibility to fix it later on when people complain about the headache that is navigating the thread, so hey, just keep making 'em threads.

I think the point is nobody gives a fuck about archiving mini mafia games tbh, and having one thread for it to kill time isn't a big deal. You basically shut it down without asking anyones input and thats irritating, Lexi.

That quote is the current favoritest but I have to look up stuff about it. Sloth raised eyebrows is such a paternal thing to do.

Lexi, I would probably say closing a thread over the thread creator who hasn't done anything super wrong is kind of rude. Having all the mini games in one place makes it less crazy and kind of one long conversation. Even if I skimmed some posts, it was fun to see the ongoing stuff.

The "find your own place to do that" brings up some darkness from inside and sadness because idk it just feels mean.

    Sigh, Lyrium's right.
So how about a subthread within Little Italy called "Filler Games"?
All fillers get their own thread, but in their own contained slot, everybody is happy.
    Good? Good.

Also an acknowledgement that just locking the thread that had been going for a while before anything g was said about one-thread-per-game was the rudest way to go about it and the promise to be more considerate from now on would be nice, but I won't hold my breath.
