Really? So did I and we had two years of it. Admittedly it consisted entirely of pictures of what happened when you got STD's and how utterly screwed you were if you got pregnant when you were a teenager, but they did make at least something of an attempt.
Still I think mine was fairly liberal in terms of what they believed/ felt needed to be taught at least as far as the religious stuff went.
