Not really seeing it, to be honest. I mean, the 90's had The Matrix, Dark City, Twelve Monkeys, anime like Ghost in the Shell and NGE.... even stuff like the Truman Show and Gattaca showed horrible visions of the future. Humanity has always had pessimistic visions of the future as warnings of possibilities as well as bright ideals to strive towards.... and yeah this is the funny pictures thread so sorry for the derail.

Well I got the race part but it doesn't really make sense as a story either.

I don't really see it either. The cop and killer look like brothers and I don't know if they're suppose to be and I don't see how handcuffing her covers up the crime or whatever.

Man shoots white woman. Paints her brown. Cop arrests the corpse because she's black and must be a criminal.

    Racism. That's it.

    Fucking Hell.

Why it's supposed to be funny, perhaps.

What's happening in the comic is obvious, I'd say Riley figured he must be missing something important for the comic to be considered funny.

Which he wasn't, it's just a comic that isn't particularly funny.

    Not sure I get it.

Dude walks up to a sign in a crowded area and turns it on its side.

    Anything else?

Dude wanted to smash it, hesitated when he saw the kid staring at him, but didn't want to do nothing, so he turned the sign on its side.
