Plot twist: All of the Pokemon in Gen 6 evolve into Fire/Fighting. All of the trainers are Fire/Fighting. You turn your 3DS off, and you find things have changed now. Everyone you know - like your parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, spouses, children, friends, classmates, coworkers, the mailman, Seratin, and that girl you passed on the street that reminds you of the one that got away - they are all Fire/Fighting. You look in the mirror in distress, and face the true face of your own self, a self that is Fire/Fighting. Don't deny it. Accept it.

D: That reminds me of my first playthrough of Yellow all those years way back when. Just got through Rock Tunnel, and I reached the door of the Pokemon Centre with 1 HP on my poisoned Pikachu, and the rest of my team was wiped. Couldn't talk to the nurse without taking those four fatal steps, but every time I stepped through the door the timer reset.

Broke my heart to let Pikachu faint.
