    Onlive.

It boasts a bunch of crap about playing games on TV, PC, cloud gaming so you dont have to have 'high end hardware' and blah blah and I linked a 15min demo by GamerSpawn.

    What do you guys think?

It takes a lot of bandwidth. According to the guy who did that video:
There's also the extra delay which will make playing most of the games multiplayer impossible.

Just downloaded it and tried playing some Dirt 3 and Space Marine.

It seems my internet connection of about 470 KB/s download and about 60 KB/s Upload was enough to play this more or less smoothly.
I must say this is an excellent choice for people who have no wish to afford the latest hardware, just so they can enjoy the newest games.

I've heard about this, but I'm not going to try it for a while. I'm going to give it some time to either expand its library and iron out the kinks, or crash and burn.

Edit: I downloaded the app and played a game demo and I'm actually pretty impressed. My crappy laptop played Space Marine with minimal hiccups and while it won't win any awards for its graphics, it isn't bad at all.
If their game library was bigger, I wouldn't have many problems switching over to this.

Gamefly is beta testing a pc game rental service right now. I use it for the kid's Xbox games currently, but I'll be blowing that shit up for the PC game rentals. Saves me from having to pirate them and not have access to multiplayer in many of the games. You'd download the game like you were pirating it, but it's removed from your pc when you want to play another game.
