New documentary series from the BBC. Very hard hitting, the footage is all from helmet cameras, interspersed with interviews with the soldiers, and the family of a solider who died.

The programme really hits you with the realities of war, and the bubble of luxury we non-soldiers live in. The first episode - the only one out so far - revolves around the death of a soldier. Be warned: you see him die. The programme is very emotional, and uncomfortable. But it's also fascinating, and I think should be required viewing.
