If you reposition yourself, you'll be able to hit four, plus the guard that's asleep. But you'll also hit Ruby and Zadok. You'll still miss two, because they are in front of Grumblejack's cell.

The guard stumbles a little, his face turning ashen. He staggers, one, two steps, pushing the door wipe open.

Brukel: No, the other two are out of line of sight from the cell. You can tell they're there by their voice.

Marcinus, seeing a good shot on two of the guards without harming any of his cellmates, decides to stop concentrating on the illusion and instead blast the the guards with a flash of prismatic colour.

Then moving to get behind Zadok both for cover and to get vantage on the other guards.
