This is an absolutely pointless debate, mostly because one side isn't debating at all. Yours.

You have not provided a single piece of evidence to back up your claims. All you have done is make sweeping generalizations. People are a lot more complex than the simplistic, one-dimensional view of the world you seem to be under. If you have concrete proof that "Nobody can get over x amount of trauma within y amount of time", post it here.

You have also kept repeating that Harry put himself into dangerous situations, and how no happy and balanced person would do that, but:

In most cases he found himself in them, and then he did his best to get out of them.

When he actually did run into them, he usually did it to protect someone.

Most importantly, he was a kid. Kids do that all the time. It's called being reckless, not mentally imbalanced or fragile.

Guys, guys. See the forest here, not the trees. This whole thread is simply AmerigoCorleone looking for vindication for his future Emo!Indy! fics.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a psychology assessment thing that classifies people on four scales: Extrovert/Introvert; Sensing/iNtuiting; Thinking/Feeling; Perceiving/Judging. It was derived from Carl Jung's theories on personality archetypes.

I can't recall from which of the many Myers-Briggs self-assessment sites I grabbed the population breakdown or archetype names.

You made up their heights. You made up their quotes. You made up Harry's emotional state.

There's absolutely no point of cataloging descriptions of characters if you're disregarding canon, and everyone here knows it.

Yup. This thread is going nowhere.

    Locked, for the greater good.
