    If I'm alone I want:

1.Muggle repelling wards (So the rest of the world can't find my secret base of operation. The other possibilities of this ward ,or spell or whatever it is, are cool as well)
2.Obliviate spell (It makes me able to programm people to my likes, which means byebye to any moneyproblems I have and gives me my own army of destruction, as well as removing any mistakes I make from peoples minds,...)
3.Horcrux making skill(Or even better the ability to make a diary like in CoS. I simply hate the PS and have to find a way to live forever to rule over the world)
4.Phoenix (as means of transportation (does the fanon way count here too?), as well as a super instant healer)
5.Protego (the canon-uber-shield protects me against any stray bullets while my legions of doom conquer the world)

If there are any other magic users:
1.Horcrux making skill (I'll simply possess someone to make him resurrect me and the amounts of PS will give me enough opportunities for that and the best thing is you will be dead after my possession)
2.Fidelius (you can't find my base of operation)
3.Metamorphmagus ( a third option to avoid detection, better than any glamour, because there are no counter spells)
4.Portkey (If a plan goes wrong I can always run away and try again)
    5.Obliviate (same reasons as above)

The plan of operation will be: I wait for you to kill each other, or help a little with that by poisoning your food. While I myself will be immortal thanks to my horcrux. I can simply programm people to do my bidding so I will never have any problems with money. I thought for a while about detection spells but the trace only works for wands so no problems there. Now I only have to wait until one of my minions (Obliviate) finds out your location and either kill you in your sleep by muggle means (from poison to nuclear bomb everything is available thanks to Obliviate).

You seem to have mixed up the Obliviate spell and the Imperio. Good luck at manipulating people via memory erase.
    Wikicopypasta:
    Obliviate (Memory Charm, Memory-Modifying Charm)

    Pronunciation: oh-BLI-vee-ate (IPA: [əʊ.'blɪ.vi.ˌeɪt]
    Description:
Used to hide a memory of a particular event.
    Seen/Mentioned:
First used in Chamber of Secrets by Lockhart on Harry and Ron; the spell backfired due to a faulty wand, causing Lockhart to lose most of his own memory (which he never recovers). In Deathly Hallows, Hermione uses the spell on two Death Eaters who had followed Harry, Ron, and Hermione after their escape from Bill Weasley and Fleur's wedding. Also used on Xenophilius Lovegood by Hermione after destroying his house in Deathly Hallows.
    Suggested Etymology:
    Latin oblivium meaning "forgetfulness".[13]

    An Imperio:
    Imperio (Imperius Curse)

    Pronunciation: im-PEER-ee-oh (IPA: [ɪm.'pi.ɹi.ˌəʊ]) (classical Latin: eem-PEHR-ee-oh (IPA: [im.ˈpɛɾ.i.ˌɔ])
Description: Causes the victim of the curse to obey the spoken/unspoken commands of the caster. The experience of being controlled by this curse is described as a complete, wonderful release from any sense of responsibility or worry over one's actions, at the price of one's free will. Resisting the effect of the curse is possible, however, and several individuals have been able to successfully overcome it, including Harry and both of the Crouchs, who learn to resist the curse after being subjected to its effects for an extended period. Harry describes the feeling of being the caster as controlling a marionette through a wand (although Harry's particular experience is suspect due to his lack of commitment to casting Unforgivable Curses). One of the three Unforgivable Curses.
    Seen/Mentioned:
first mentioned (not by name) in the first book when Ron told Harry that Lucius Malfoy claimed himself being jinxed during the first war, thus Lucius evaded capture. First seen in Goblet of Fire introduced by Barty Crouch Jr (acting as Moody) and used on a spider. Used by Harry in Deathly Hallows on a Gringotts goblin and Travers, and by the Death Eaters on Pius Thicknesse.
    Suggested Etymology:
Imperare is Latin for "to order, command", and is the root of several modern English words. Imperium means "command" or "domain", and imperio means (among other things) "with authority". (Compare to impero, "I command", and to crucio above.) Imperius is not, however, a Latin word.

    TL;DR : Obliviate = Memory erase and/or Modification, Imperio = control people

    I think he means like:

    1.Cast the Obliviate spell.
2.Say what you want them to do.
    3.????
    4.Profit!!

That made no sense. That is how you use the Imperio, to my knowledge. Taure where are you? You know the answer!

As far as we know, I believe, Obliviate just erases memories or modifies them. Like, the muggles see the giants wrecking havoc and tearing shit up. The Obliviators come in, and instead of giants, change it so the muggles think it was a hurricane instead. As far as I know, Obliviate doesn't work like Imperius at any time.

Even if I was in a world full of people who knew magic I'd want:

1)Fidelius. You can't find me, bitches, so I can just chill in my house or my little Garden of Eden for the rest of my life.

2)Imperius. I can grow old and ugly and still get the ladies, as well as make people bring me food or other such things I desire. Along with that, who needs a killing curse? I just make you go emo for a week and then kill yourself.

3)Apparition. So I can get to that pesky delivery spot after I order me up a new computer with my money I Imperius other people into giving me.

4)Obliviate. Hell, I could do whatever I wanted as long as I knew who was there with me. Beat the shit out of someone and make everyone think and honestly believe that someone else did it.

5)Metamorphmagus. I can be anyone, anywhere, at any time. Why the hell wouldn't I want this?

    1)Bedazzling Hex
Description: Similar to a Disillusionment Charm, it can be used to conceal a person or an object. Is also used to make invisibility cloaks.
    2) Hover Charm
Description: An object is levitated off the ground and moved according to the caster.
    3) Homenum Revelio
Description: Reveals humans near the caster.
    4) Portus
    Description: Creates a portkey
    5) Philosopher's Stone
Description: Creates the Elixir of Life and can transmute things into gold.

Impossible to ambush, instant escape route, immortality, ludicrous riches...
And the ability to grab a beer without getting up. :D

Y'all can't take philosopher's stone. Philosopher's stone is the cumulation of learning an entire branch of magic. Taking the ability to create it is taking the entire branch of magic, which is a big no no.

    1. Imperius - Useful, in many many situations

    2. Luck Potion. Poisonous in large quantities and when used all the time, but okay in small regular dosages. Proven to be extremely effective and worth the effort. Besides, think of the marketing. Luck in whatever you set out to do? I can market this in a suitably watered down form as hundreds of different products.

    3. Apparation. Especially the half apparation stuff from Movie 5. Eminently useful.

    4. Fidelus. Making places that only I can find? Awesome.

    5. Yeah, I'm gonna have to go with Fiendfyre.

I don't think you can do that. IIRC, Hermione was going on and on about how hard it is to make and messing with even one ingredient turns it into poison...or was the Wolfsbane...meh.

Although you could brew the Luck Potion, have a sip, and work out the recipe necessary to create a watered-down version that won't fuck up. I'm sure there's a paradox in there somewhere.

About time someone else picked it. Who the hell would pick Incendio over Fiendfyre?

Who the hell wants to burn down the city block when they try to light a cigarette?

If you're a dumbfuck like Crabbe, then yeah - bye bye city block. But If you've perfectly mastered the spell (as per the parameters of this game), you could make a show of it. For example, I'd conjure a snake, have it "slither" around me, then flick it's tongue out at my cigarette to light it.

    Tres chic, bitch.

    Avada Kedavra

The best spell by far, since it would allow you to walk through the seediest parts of cities without any problem. Criminal jumping to rob you, killing curse is your friend. No trace, no way to get you accused. Rabid dogs attack you? Same answer.

    Apparition

Fantastic way to travel, avoid Airport security checks, traffic jams etc.

    Shrinking charm

Useful for carrying anything with you-bags, furniture, groceries etc.

    Cruciatus Curse

    For personal enjoyment mostly.

    Inferno

Because fire always makes it better.

Justblaise? You have a point for the luck potion.

Fortunately we have Liquid Gel Capsules for a reason.

    By myself is easy.

    1. Avada Kedavra, very obvious why, untraceable way to kill those who try to threaten you, annoy you, or do anything else.

    2. Apparition, just for convenience.

    3. Imperius, with this spell you don't need the Philosopher's stone money. Cast Imperius, tell them you have already paid, walk out.

    4. Metamorphmagus, once again,convenience.

    5. Horcrox spell, on the asumtion that only one doesn't drive you insane. If one does I'll get the Philosopher's stone. After all the Stone is just a stone, its easy to destroy and who knows how long it takes to make. A Horcrox on the other hand gives you imortality, and is VERY hard to destroy. and if your smart, very hard to notice. Steal the Hope Diamond, using Imperius, turn it into a Horcrox, and sell it to the Arabs. No one will smash the worlds biggest blue diamond by aciedent, and if someone trys to kill you and finds out about Horcrox, they'l never suspect something I have no control over.

As for if if other DLP members are there,
    1. Avada Kedavra.

    2. Apparition.

    3. Imperius.
All three very useful in a battle... which is what would happen the instant we got our magic. No offence guys but although we take similar stuff the first thing that is going to happen is that we are going to try and kill each other. There can only be one ruler of the world after all. Those that we wont kill will be basically perminant Imperius.

    4. Conjuring a Giant Block of Granite, far better then a shielding charm, will block anything.

    5. Fiendfyre. All problems solved in the fire department.

I picked spells I knew from Canon, not shit that Shezza uses in Dresden crossovers. :) Also, it's not the size of the flame but what you add to it, newb.
