Not sure if any of you guys have heard of it but I found a site that gives away steam games called Playblink. The site is legit though it does take a while to win unless you're lucky (won Bioshock 2 about 2 months after joining). Even if you don't want to participate, they're running a recruiting contest right now and any prizes we win, as I promised Middy, would go to DLP's Secret Santa. Contest ends Feb 8th.

Yeah, they calculate that via the non-sale price at the Steam Store, when in reality nobody ever buys games at full price.


Re-Edit: As a quick update to the contest, we're currently 22nd right now with 12. 1st is at 43, 3rd place is 38 and 10th is 20.

About the site or why I'm asking people to sign up?

The site itself mainly revolves around winning steam games for free. You get points every hour that you can use to enter into giveaways. Giveaways are either minigames or random. With minigames, the higher your score, the better your chance of winning. Random is just that, random drawing. Once you win, the site will send you a email and gift you directly whichever game you won.

I'm asking people to sign up because they have a recruiting contest until the 8th. If we can get 40+ DLPers to sign up using the referral link, we'll win first prize (Skyrim+The Cave), which I've already promised Middy will go to the next DLP Secret Santa. The prizes are posted above.

On the last referral giveaway they did how many referrals did the person in rank 1 get in the end?

 

I'm tempted to say somewhere in the 50s. Since the prizes are much better this time around, the current rankings are: 105, 68, 52, 39, and 37. If DLPers sign up in greater numbers, I think we have a decent shot at pushing the top 5 at least, which still means a pretty good game for DLP Secret Santa.
