Got invited to the EX Raid Beta in my area. One of about 80 folks invited, so that's neat. Tomorrow night at 6 I'm gonna grab myself a Mewtwo, RNG gods willing.

 

Are Moltres/Articuno/Zapdos going to return to raids anytime soon?

I have a serious question:

If I gave someone who lives in the US my login and password to Pokemon Go and they logged in on their phone to catch me a Tauros, would my account get a ban?

 

Agreed. Theoretically perhaps if you didn't log in at home for however long it would take to fly to the US, then had someone play in the US for a week or so like a vacation, then had them log out and you didn't log in until you "got back home" you might be able to get away with it. Would depend how closely they look, and if you could argue that you went to the US for vacation and used a different phone while you were there before coming back etc.

They want people to play it overseas, and I imagine some folks do play it on a different phone for completely legitimate reasons. That being said, all up to how much you want to risk I think.

 

Nah, it's probably too much of a risk. I don't need a Tauros *that* badly. And when Trading comes around, someone is bound to have it.

I generally don't cheat, kind of. I only use an online scanner to check for rares in my area. It doesn't require me to log into my pokemon go account, so there's no risk of being banned.
