I think that Power of Love will not actually killing Voldemort, but more like fueling Harry's motivation in his quest for Horcruxes and duel with Voldemort.

 

There is one aspect of the 'power of love' that might work, though I highly doubt that Rowling will use it. The will to protect. Not that crap of "I'll take a bullet for you!" But more along the lines of "I will do anything to protect you!" Where anything literally means anything. Losing the fear of pain, focusing utterly on the goal at hand, and most importantly, the fear of consequences is gone. In Harry's place, loss of pain would remove the cruciatus from affecting him too much, the utter focus would likely make it far too difficult to use the imperious, and with the fear of consequences gone, Harry would be willing to kill.
