I understand that this has been posted before but I'm completely stumped...

The prefix box is perfectly visible here but in the review section I cannot see it at all no matter what I do. I've cleared all cookies caches, tried logging in and out, tried all the different styles and finally have used both chrome, firefox and IE (ew) all together and every single one of them cannot display the drop down prefix box in that section. Is it a privilege not granted to me? Any ideas?

Edit: For anyone else it seems the admin's cna enable/disable. I didn't do anything at all
