I recall coming across this interesting story back in the day by Thalarian, an author who has been described as pulling a "Master Eldryn." That being said, I am well aware that his story resides on FFN. So why have I posted a search here? Because I discovered that the one on FFN was edited and that the unedited version on Ficwad seems to have disappeared while the copy on the DLP archives is also edited. Now the edited version leaves a reader, not unlike myself, unsatisfied. As such, is there anyone willing and able to send me a copy of the unedited version?

And yes, I do realize this search is my first post on this forum as opposed to an introduction. This is because after browsing various threads, I discovered that these are shark-infested waters. Alas, I'm desperate to find this story and desperate times call for desperate measures. So...anyone?

On a related note, if you could find other responses to the same challenge or stories that are similar in nature this one, it would be much appreciated if you can link them here as well.

^Literally took less than five seconds to google. Next time you'ree looking for something and you know what site it's one, type "site:websiterhere.com thingyou'researchingfor" into google without the quotation marks.

    Enjoy.

EDIT: My bad, ficwad is failing hard.

*sigh* Yes, it is. It was, in fact, one of the first things I tried as the link was on Thalarian's profile. But nonetheless, I thank you for your reply and your time.
