My ability to be incredibly inconsistent amazes even me sometimes. Played 4 games last night. Duoqed with a friend for all of them. First game I go feral Udyr. I've found the early glass cannon build unnecessary and dangerous, so I've changed it up. Now I normally go Feral>Randuins>Wits end. It gives me much more survivability early, while still giving me shit tons of damage. It also works very well with phoenix Udyr. We win that game.

Next game we go duo bot, and wreck face. I'm hitting every q as thresh, making every play. End up 1/3/27. Oh cool, qualified for promos so S3.

Next two games we get duo bot again, only this time things don't end up so great. Friend goes ADC twitch, and we immediately feed first blood & a double kill at like 2:30 to their varus. He comes back into lane at 4 mins with a bf sword, and things snowball from there. Game after that basically the same thing. I miss every single Q I've ever thrown as Morgana.

One more series lost. On the other hand, I kind of wish I had frapsed that Morgana game. The ability to miss her q with them 2 inches in front of my face is impressive in a way.

 

I cant seem to get back on the horse. I got promoted to gold 3, then lost a series of games. I'm actually worried about demotion, its really sad.

 

One thing I do to get back into the groove is playing normal games and don't touch yoloq till I have around 15 more wins than losses that I had before.

 

So yeah, decided to play some ranked games for lulz, ended up going 7/3 so I'm now in Silver 2. May try to climb to Gold, but it all depends on if I can be bothered.

 

Must've told myself over 30 times since the season started I'd do placement's, see how they went and just play to enjoy this season.

I'm still sat with 2 placement matches to go for this season and absolutely terrified of playing, never had queue anxiety like it. Sure, I got jitters and shaky hands when playing SC2 every now and then but I start feeling clammy, get hot and sweaty, shake, my hands go cold and I can't help but feel like I'm debuting in the LCS or something retarded - don't have any trouble with any other game where I play vs people, though I gave up on SC2 long ago.

Don't suppose anyone has any tips to get over this? I try and stretch, maybe go for a run and shower before I play, maybe have a warm-up ARAM and by that point I feel pumped to go... then I look at the 'Play ranked' and my heart just drops and it all starts up.

I'm currently 6:2 in terms of W/L so fairly certain even if I lose these last 2 games I'll get Gold V - Silver II at worst, and considering I got placed in Silver II last season, my first ever season, I'm not too scared by that fact, albeit the climb out of Silver is real.

 

Duoing with a friend always helps me when I'm nervous about playing ranked. Having someone else there to talk to and joke about with makes it much less daunting.

 

So just lost promotion series for D3 cause my adc went afk for the first 10 min it was pretty sad, jungler just came bot and they destroyed two towers. When the adc came back it was pretty much over I could only die trying to disengage for our team (was playing support) . We had no damage cause mid and top went even and our jungler had slight advantage in cs and some kills against a pretty big jinx who had all their team peeling for her.

 

That is a terrible story. You have my condolences.

 

Officially Plat 5 now after winning 3-1.

Failed my first one 2-3 after one DC and a troll. Granted, I could have won the 5th game if I didn't get caught or my team grouped up before that.

 

Went 3-0 to gold V with a friend. Was pretty satisfying to be back where I belong (in terms of MMR) a bit earlier than the 200 games I expected.

 

So Cruse Voice, in its current form, is disallowed by Riot, though it's not yet a ban-able offense. To be on the safe side I just uninstalled it completely. Just wanted to let the people here, who I gave beta keys to, know. I'll PM you two as well just in case.

 

So my comp is somewhat working. After I get it looked back, I'm going to try to climb out of Bronze 1. I'm somewhat afraid my inactivity dropped me pretty far, but I'm hoping I didn't fall much.

 

Got wrecked one game earlier today, they traded lanes on me (I was jax) against cait and karma it was brutal, completely destroyed my impact for most of the game. Thank god we had a raka mid, she snowballed hard enough that she allowed me to farm up.

Godraka carries so hard if she doesn't get camped by jungle. So now I'm in my promotions series for D3 again I'll probably play them soon enough but I want to get better with Ryze and Soraka before that.

 

Nope. I lost like 30 points but I'm still Bronze 1. The climb is real, tomorrow it starts. Unless my comp breaks >.>

Ok. So first game back in ranked, things went pretty well. Went top Shyv, won lane pretty decently. Was duoing with Xiph, he was supporting a pretty decent Jinx, and things went well.

Second game, I don't get my favored lane, but it's w/e. But when Garen top is picked I realize things are probably gonna go badly. And I was right, Garen top fed Panth, Panth roamed and ruined me mid, and bot lost to a combination of roaming/a good jungler. I had a sad. I failed to carry as mid >.>

Third game, I'm back on Shyv. Things go pretty even, then our team gets kill thirsty and almost throws. But the enemy team is almost completely ad, so even when they get ahead, we end up winning 2 team fights and making xpeke proud. GG.
