Getting + 50 base ad when at low health (lvl 18), and then the Spellblade passive with Trinity Force ain't no joke either. I might consider that with a tanky Gangplank, infinity edge trinity force build.

 

Huh. Just realized that I have more Pentas this season in ranked than my previous seasons combined. 4, with 3 of them on Akali(she's terrible now, you know!), one on Quinn, when my previous was just 1 each on Akali and Quinn in 2013. Not that I really played much in 2014.

Yay, I guess. Not that it really matters, since it's often just as much a fluke if you get a Penta rather than a Quadra(or sometimes Triple), than it is an indication of actual ability.

Let myself dtop down to Silver V 0LP, so kind of nervous when I decide to queue.

End up going Caitlyn with Soraka support vs Corki-Alistar. We poke them completely out of lane (I have double Corki's CS at 20), but our Jax fed their Tahm Kench and he towerdives us to put us super behind.

We ace them with Lux getting a Quadra and taking two turrets before they retaliate by taking our inhib turret. At this point Alistar and Tahm are both unkillable with my low damage before PD and LW.

They take Baron 1 but get aced, but we can only get 1 turret off of that.

They take Baron again and ace us thanks to Brand Pyroclasm, taking our inhib and both nexus turrets before Jax and Gnar respawn to stop them. At this point, a TK ult with Corki would be the end if we leave base before our inhib respawns.

Then we have a teamfight around dragon after Gnar and I caught out their Nidalee, Gnar lands a four man ult followed by four man laser, we ace them, and rush inhib turret, inhib, nexus turrets and nexus in about 30 secinds.

Today I learned that letting yourself be carried is super nice.

 

Getting carried is indeed fun. Earning the game on a non carry, even better.

Played my series on a weekend despite swearing to never do that because of the kiddies.

G1 won as Janna. Our Tahm Kench jungle gets killed after red by the enemy Morg and we give up some kills across the board, but enemy team throws too: Morg dies faildiving and gives me gold, and later on TK gets an incredible Baron steal which swings the game our way. Our carries carry hard and I call shots to rotate, group and close out the game when everyone's scattered like headless chickens.

G2 won as Jinx. I'm not sold on our team comp, Malphite into Vlad and Leblanc into Gangplank, but the enemy Elise is their main weakness which Lee thoroughly exploits. Early 4 man gank bot sets us up for success, we semi-throw at Baron baiting but recover and take the win easily.

G3 lost as Morgana. Jungler trollpicks Veigar. Honestly could have won if he stopped getting caught out in the mid game. Our Ryze top lost hard to Syndra but still scaled and did a lot of damage, but Swain mid kept dying to either Diana mid or Jungle Yi 1v1. Our ADC Trist was underwhelming and not smart about trades.

G4 lost as Jinx because I was so tilted from the previous game I didn't change runes and masteries, so I was missing AD and attack speed against Vayne. Not fun, but kept somewhat even in CS and didn't die. Gnar top, on the other hand, dies 3 times to Vlad before 5 minutes are up, and our Jarvan jungle gets in on the action too. Top towers go down before 15 mins and Vlad hit 6 as Gnar hit 3. Mid Cho tried super hard to carry, but alas.

G5 won as Jinx. Lost some early trades to Lulu/Lucian but wins across the map snowball into a 4-man TP+Jungler gank. Alistar lands beautiful combos. Ahri mid completely shits on Yasuo and jungle Xin to the point where I kill Xin for 180g and Lee Sin buys a Sword of the Occult. Complete stomp, everyone outclassing the other team.

Gold 5, in the same league as all the DLPers.

 

Psh, plenty of Plats and a few better. That being said, congrats Semen.

 

Meant that I landed in Heimerdinger's Weaponmasters with everyone. Scrolling up through the divisions I see Mishie, Merrill, Kamerynn, Qwelz, Syao. Fun times.

 

Please. Syaoran is going to be Plat within the week.

 

Today, the struggle begins.

Placed into Silver V last week. Made it to Silver IV today. Just need to make Gold by the season's end. Not sure if that's a reasonable goal for a month's time or not, but... well, we'll see.

I've played 3 ranked games this season, 100% winrate. Ballin. Maybe I should get off my arse and play more ranked, but I don't really play league unless I'm playing with others.

 

As soon as I saw Lissandra typing in all chat report Blitz for focusing the support when I was Soraka in my latest game, I knew we would win. And then they forfeited when Blitz managed to hook Corki and get him under turret where Corki got a triple kill.

Soraka is the true tiltmaster.

 

And thats why my Soraka runepage is titled 'Tiltbot Soraka'.
