As mostly I am the one to edit older stories and label them as abandoned, complete, etc:

I label stories as abandoned when they haven't been updated for 12 months.

If the review thread was about the first story of a series, I label it based on this story, not based on the progress of the series. We have quite a few series, where every story got its own thread (i.e. Shezza's Denarian Series).

 

I now labelled it as complete. A series of oneshots is a chaptered work - even though every chapter could stand on its own.

Rorschacht's "Odd Ideas" actually aren't just oneshots, there are also a few multi-chaptered stories within the collection.

I labelled it as complete. As stated in my first post: The thread was about the story and that's complete. It's the way I browse our library or fanfiction.net: More often than not I look for complete stories and don't mind if there is a sequel or not. Even though the larger plot might not be finished, the inner ark of the story usually is.

No. I changed the link to point the index page instead of chapter 1. There people can choose if they want to log in or download the epub file.

These are problems for Lord Ravenclaw, better mentioned in the "Library 2.0" thread. I can't allow voting without opening the threads - and that's something I won't do for as long as the authors don't update.

For deleted stories the status in the post is the last recorded status before the story was deleted.
