Anyone seen it? I thought it remarkable for a movie set in an airport.

Won't post the warez, but nothing a search on Youtube can't find. :)

Saw it and loved it. I have had a crush on Claire since I first played RE2 so it was awesome to see her again, she was just as hot as I remember her from Veronica X, and this was a good appetizer to hold us over before RE5 comes out. It's also nice to finally get a good handle on the whole situation as before we only got brief explanations here or there about certain things going on, here we finally have a complete picture of the new battle ground with umbrella and it's no less awesome.

Also Irony for the fucking win:awesome

Saw it while I was really really stoned.

I can barely remember it. I'll have to rewatch it, still go the file left on comp.

I never really played RE so everything about this movie was new to me. The story was pretty good, so were some of the visual effects. The voice acting was decent too.

What I didn't like were lots of stiff animations and that guy (Leon, I think) was simply a product of all the fangirls' wet dreams: I swear, everything from his emo haircut to his flawless personality was taken right from the minds of those 12-years-old girls, who spend their evenings drooling over Edward Cullen. I am, most likely, missing a lot of prior history from the games though.

If I was to rate this movies, I'd give it a 7/10.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I enjoyed the action scenes too.

Ironically, the CG movie is better than the movies with real actors.

Angela looked like a female version of The Rock.

I was kind of let down. I'm a fan of the series, and I wasn't all that impressed with some aspects of the storyline. It went a little too Japan-esque for my taste. In RE4 Leon's a fucking badass, and in Degeneration he reaches deep into himself and comforts people at odd moments. "I know your friend just died and there are a fuckload of zombies surrounding us, but I just wanted to say that I'm sorry your cat got infected." I'm fairly sure they slimmed down Leon as well.

That being said it was a hell of a lot better than the other Resident Evil movies. I did enjoy the action and fight scenes.

I thought it was odd that the final boss still had his human head after he evolved(?)

    I'd give it a solid 7/10.

The best part of the movie was seeing that final boss and not having to spend hours trying to kill him myself.

It was a good film, definitely the best of the Resi Evil seires, though the last 30 minutes was more of a 'what the fuck?' moment, but that's probably due to me never having played any of the RE games.

It was nice how they brought a lot of the main characters together though, seeing as my friend wouldn't shut up about a certain few after he completed the RE series.

Imagine what an actual live action Resident Evil movie would be like, and I'm not talking about the cheep bastard children Hollywood is peddling.

Honestly I wasn't impressed. Case in point, I fell asleep at about the point that one guy went all hulk.

If anything this movie pissed me off and I fell asleep in angry consternation.

I'm no fan of motion capture because it can usually turn into some contest of who can perform the most awkward movements to be meshed with a 3d model.

But this movie took the cake.

Every single moment I felt like I was watching some highschool presentation about just saying no to drugs. You remember the ones...

Some health class where the teacher thinks its a brilliant idea to have everyone perform a skit and write there own hackneyed dialog. Then everyones shuffling there feet and wringing there hands as they deliver there lines.

Thats what this movie felt like for me.

I'm just glad I didn't waste my money renting it.

Dont get it. Don't watch it.

Set your local blockbusters on fire to save others from suffering like me.
