Exactly what the title says what would happen would they even show up. How damaged would they be. Can you damage the soul what exactly does the reurection stone return to the world.

 

...does OP mean the Resurrection Stone?

Assuming they do, I guess it would depend on who you take as the true creator of the Hallows. If it was Death, I'd say no, because the souls aren't in its domain. If it was Cadmus, I'd say yes, because I think that lowers the chance of whatever is summoned by the Stone actually being the souls of the departed.

I like the idea the shades could harm dementors, they don't have souls so can't be harmed by dementors.
