Damn. That episode gets me every time. So depressing.

 

Meh, not so much for me. I preferred the first anime version of it. Still, Scar vs Ed looks promising.

 

^Ditto on the first anime version of it. Chimera!Shou Tucker in the later episodes was fucked up though.

 

Yeah this one was good, but they rushed it too much. It lost some of its eeriness by making it so fast. The first one was better in this instance with the buildup and grittier animation.

Hughes murder

lacked the impact it should have had, as didn't really know the character well enough. Funeral was top form though.

 

It definitely wasn't as poignant, but I thought the funeral was well done, not a big deal that it wasn't as sad. There will be plenty of opportunities for depressing moments in the series. IMO worst one was Nina.
