    The funny thing is that the title is more suited to the entire story rather than any single chapter.

    Erm...what? It was readable, (barely) so I'm going to go with 2/5. The entire premise was certifiably insane without any explanation what-so-ever.

    I encountered this a few weeks ago. I cannot recommend it. The author, apparently, ran with an idea without thinking through the details. Which is the literary equivalent of running with scissors.
