"No, I want to. But promise me you won't let me get hurt," Jasmine said looking straight into his eyes.

 

"I Promise. you wanna fly by yourself? if not im sure i can carry two on my broom. i'll make sure nothing happens to you."

 

Jasmine nodded. "Y-yeah, I'll try by myself," she said. She took a deep breath to calm her self down a bit.

 

"Hey it'll be okay, i wont let anything happen to you, " He gave her arm a squeeze, "You have your own broom? I need to get mine from my dorm."

 

Jasmine nodded. "Yeah, I haven't been on it in a while though. I keep it locked up in the broom shed. I can wait here while you go and get yours."

 

"Alright" I hurried from the library, and walk/ran to the dorms, quickly getting to my room i grabbed my broom and started heading back. hoping she wouldnt leave before i got there. Finally i made it back to the Library.

 

Jasmine smiled as Patrick walked back into the library. "You ready?"

 

"Always. Lets go." Broom over his shoulder he lead the way out, holding the door open for Jasmine.

 

Jasmine giggled as she walked out. "Did I just giggle? I need to get a hold of my self," she thought.

 

Patrick walked along beside Jasmine, ocasionally his hand brushed hers as he tryed to make conversation. "So what do your parents do? You said your dad goes to the ministry alot, does he work there?"

 

"Well, my father used to be an auror. He quit a few years ago because my mother started complaining, saying that he didn't spend enough time with his children. Which, by the way was true. He still goes to the ministry a lot though. He doesn't need to work anyway, we still have the family fortune. My mother doesn't work either, she likes to be at home."

 

Kali watched the action unfold indifferently. She was never that interested in human affairs but these people were acting in quite an entertaining fashion, so she stayed. If only for a little while more. She grabbed the science book out of a distracted boy hand and started perusing it's contents before dropping it disgust.

 

"My dad gives lecures at The Dublin University Of Wizards, and my mom just kinda raised me and did the whole hostess thing to every witch in the bloody island." He rolled his eyes, "I swear i know them all."

 

Jasmine laughed. "So, you're an only child?"

 

"Yea, my parents are young though, but its unlikly they'll have more." They finally arrived at the pitch, it was deserted, "Here we are, how bout we start slow so you can get used to it again, we'll just cruise around a few feet above the ground." Patrick hoped on his broom and hovered.

 

Maybe I didn't make this clear enough.

I'm not against this thread, but I made it clear no one liners. Keep it at least a paragraph and don't bounce it back and forth once a minute.

I was going to stick to my word and delete the offending posts, but I've been gone half the day actually relaxing for once, and to delete all the posts that happened in that time frame would leave gibberish.

-EDIT: I've gotten 5 Pms in under like 3 minutes asking kindly for me to reopen. I'll give in this once and allow it to go on, but please, please make worthwhile posts. We toss folks out for whoring to hell and back, and it'd be hypocritical of us not to do the same in here.

I know by the very nature of this thread it's going to be alot of posts, but make them worth it, and do at least a paragraph. I think this is a good idea and it's something I've brought up awhile ago, but we didn't think the maturity level around here was worth the bother. Please prove us wrong.

 

Jasmine summoned her broom. "I have four older brothers. I love them, but they can be a real pain sometimes. They're so over-protective." Jasmine took a deep breath and climbed onto her broom. She hovered a few feet above the ground. She wasn't going to back down. She was in Gryffindor. She tried to push her fear to the back of her mind.

 

"Here hold on to me if it helps." Patrick Flew up next to her, "We'll just go around for abit, it'll be ok. Once you get used to it again we can go higher. But right now we should just stick to the low levels." Harry held out an arm for Jasmine to grab on to if she needed to, "Just follow me." Patrick started moving forward slowly waiting for Jasmine to fly alongside.

 

"I think I can do it myself." Jasmine started going slowly around the field. She was getting used to it already, so she decided to go a little higher. She also went a little faster. Know she remember why she loved flying so much. Jasmine was glad she had decided to come out. She decided that when ever the pitch wasn't booked, she was going to come out and practice her flying. If she trained enough, she might be able to go out for the team in her sixth year.

 

"Hey your doing Great! See, all you needed was to get back on your broom," Pat just followed along as she gained confidence and went faster and higher, "you are good you just need to practice." He was starting to wonder how she could have stopped, she looked really happy right now, he would never stop, hed didnt think he was able.
