    It's been ~9 days since any story indexed by Scryer has been updated. Is this a bug with Scryer?

    Unfortunately, FFN has taken measures to control a bot attack through incredible amounts of rate limiting and fronting the website with Cloudflare which presents CAPTCHAs and more. Scryer's crawler isn't attempting to break these protections.

    FFN is working on an API for uses like Scryer's. I'll hopefully get access in January.

    FFN never followed through on an API, sadly. That said, Scryer has resumed updating, for now.
