Alas, I would be terrible at it. I long ago concluded if I were ever thrown into HP (or any Universe where I have a lot of knowledge of, for that matter), I would just seek out Dumbledore (aka the powerful guy I trust with the information) and tell him everything. Since that would make a boring Fix-It story, I think it's best I don't write it.

 

This is painful to read. Fiction involving meta-shenanigans (unless it's Deadpool) is invariably fail. You can try to prove it wrong and you will fail. It's inherently shitty and if you were on that caliber of skill to pull it off, you should be using that brain power to get the next A Song of Ice and Fire published.

Darker Than Black is a readable HP SI, but it seems like it's still getting its legs under it.
