My god, I think I have just found the most cliched argument ever.

Leads of with a Rofl so that he can act as though this is nothing.

Then we get to "Your acting tough on the internet stfu" The proper retort to this is probably "Do you want everyone to be nice cock suckers like our friend BloodLust here because we're on the internet and insulting someone here makes you a loser and pussy in real life?"

Or I could say "The tone in which you told me I was acting tough on the internet was rather confrontational, stop acting tough on the internet"

You see Jeff, the problem with over used arguments is that there are just as many cliched retorts.

Next, calling people hypocrites, this wouldn't make anyone a hypocrite, how does laughing at someones arrogance make you a hypocrite?

Final comment of the post starting with 'lol' see above, trying to dismiss the comment followed by trying to write the whole thing off as a missed assumption.

I know Regulus, seems to be full of himself from R Series. I read the stories, but usually end up getting a little disgusted at his author replies. He seems to think that if one person reviews and says something incredibly stupid, all of his readers are that incompetent.

Like, recently, He was pissed that some reviewers questioned his judgement on the plot of the current story, so in his profile he wrote a quick page summary about everything that was going to happen in the books, just to shut one person up. I am sure many people, way to curious read much of it, and regret it now.

I am not sure if its because he is full of himself, has low self esteem, or just goes on full offense if he is hit with even a little criticism. Thats the only author I can really think of that acts anywhere like this, so figured I would share.

It would make you all hypocrites, making a list of people being arrogant, and in the process "own" them, means that you all think that you are so much better than these people that you have to make a list to prove it.

I myself write reviews for peoples stories who think they are arrogant, and point out the flaws to knock them down a peg, or atleast I did on my old FF.net account, but compiling a list to sit around and brag about how much better you are than them, is being a hypocrite.

And it actually was a missed assumption, I wasn't trying to play anything down, I took the comment as something that it wasn't because you made a specific reference towards RC. I didn't read that much into it to assume you were "dismissing" what I had said.

On thread topic, we could all use a laugh. You see someone acting up and getting slammed, post away, it will amuse some of us, and others can feel superior by thinking they're not afflicted with the same superiority complex. (That wasn't a back-handed endorsement of this thread...really)

Two bottles of good wine just went down the hatch (but oh fuck they were good and now it's a happy drunk).

We should fight with Mugglenet or Ginnypotter, the first would be lulzy and the second -- though already done -- would make me lolllllll.

Oh and the list is a dumb idea. Half the fuckers are already in the HoS anyway.
