    Oz: on your Chrome browser, how did you get rid of the window border entirely? I've managed to make it transparent, but it still has edges.

    I have my desktop icons hidden, unless I need to use them. All of the ones I use regularly are pinned to my Taskbar.

    The awesome firefly background:Pic (if you need another size check out 4scrape, search for firefly and #413427)
    The icon pack I use is called Eclipse 2 I couldn't find the link to the pack I have (it's way bigger than that one, so if anyone wants it I can upload it.)
    The theme is called nautiKK
    To be able to install the theme you need to patch some files though. But there are programs for that, so it won't take long.
