Been watching HoTS vids for the last couple hours.

Let me tell you, Swarm Hosts OP.

Ultralisk's Burrowing Charge is pretty nasty too, unless you run into tanks in seige mode.

Loss of Carriers on the Protoss makes me sad. I loved using them against players who had terrible micro. A mass Carrier Swarm was one of my favorite ways to endgame Ball of Death. Especially against Terrans.

 

I reached gm not too long ago, but I think I've dropped out due to inactivity now. If lukaskr is Diar(?), then yeah, he was doing quite well in GM last season. I don't have a beta key for HotS, unfortunately, but the new widow mines look really good. I'm not a big fan of swarm hosts, vipers seem more useful. AFAIK, the carrier is no longer getting removed. Has anyone been watching the recent OSL/GSL games?

 

I haven't been watching OSL, but I have been watching GSL, yeah. It's such a good tournament with such good players.

 

OSL tonight was amazing. Always good to see 0-3 to 4-3 comebacks. Especially in those circumstances.

I still play. top 1 Diamond, and have been for a while. Playing mostly masters atm, so should be there soon.

 

We'll see. From what I've gathered from the pros in the beta, Ultralisks are still terrible.

They brought carriers back in during the second or third update.




Still Masters, but I hate ladder. Trying to just participate in a lot of tournaments and small leagues, but there's not a lot of them at the amateur level.

 

Off Topic: TotalBiscuit is the one who got me into SC2, listening to him commentate on just about anything is enough to get me interested.

 

I've been playing this game everyday for 2 weeks straight after a hiatus of about a year. Silver league is where I test my mettle, and I fucking suck at this game.

Game 1 was pretty good. Massive misread by MVP.

 

I stayed up to watch most of it. So happy Life won - he and Suhosin have been two of my favorite players for a while.

Why did he attack. Why. He was doing so well in game 7. Go bio once! No need to go mech every game. I know Artosis is probably bribing you into it, but come on.

As a Zerg, I'm happy Life won. I get an interesting new way to play aggressively. But I really wanted a 5-time champion. MVP is just a hero. If he didn't have a pinched nerve he would be wrecking every nerd that even looked at him funny.
