And laggy as all fuck. I never did manage to buy anything, despite about 2 hours of trying. Got a few things in my cart for when I get back from town though. Hopefully it will have sorted out by then.

The Beginner's Guide, bought it on the sale, played it, and I think I need to sit down and contemplate my life. One of the most, if not the most powerful games I've ever played. I trusted the guy after The Stanley Parable, but this blows it out of the water so much. It is so, so worthwhile. Incredible.

If someone is interested in Just Cause 1&2, or the Last Remnant, I have keys left over. :)

Should I get the Stalker games? Just saw I can get them all for 17 euro and I have been saying I will play them eventually and it's not like I got anything better to play, so is it worth it? Have they aged well?

I'd like The Last Remnant, but you should consider tossing them into the Secret Santa (see my sig).

Ah, I don't know about that. Is that where the Last Remnant came from? He didn't say, so I assumed it was on Steam, but maybe not.

Edit: Damn, nevermind. Just saw that Humble Bundle. Gonna buy that, actually, so nvm.

I'd like Just Cause one if it's still available.

So much awesome stuff on the sale D8

I do wonder if oldie games like SW:RC and SW:EaW will play on my windows 10, though. I have no idea how steam games work, exactly.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown complete pack is up for 5.99€ (usually goes for 29.99). Also Civ 5 Complete is up for 9.99€, includes both expansions and a whole bunch of dlc. A good chance to grab both.

Is Star Wars Battlefront 2 still worth playing?

So with no daily deals or flash sales happening, is there any value to waiting around or checking multiple times for sales?

Is everything set at the beginning of the sale and nothing new will turn up?

Pretty much no. I did see one game that wasn't on sale the first day but did go on sale today but that's pretty much it.

Everything else looks set in stone.

So I looked at this yesterday when I saw the Star Wars bundle on sale, and it looks like there's still a fairly consistent (if small) number of people that still play, but you have to use a 3rd party program to find multiplayer matches. So if you're not opposed to that, it may be. There's a BF2 board on Reddit that explains the process and all, that's where I saw it.

There will always be worth in playing Battlefront 2. Even without Multiplayer. Unsure if people still play the Multiplayer. The campaign and conquest are enough for me.

Speaking of oldie SW games, I just got my hands on SW:Republic Commando again. The nostalgia is oozing off of me in waves. I was pleased to discover that it remains an awesome game.

If anyone wants Portal (the original) let me know, and if someone wants to be a total boss, I can trade the bundle for the newer xcom for the three DLC available (meaning you get the basic game as a gift, which was my intention).

Bought CK2 so I could get access to the Paradox Forums and the awesome mods in it, but their email service isn't working so I'm locked out of activating my account. Going 20 rounds with their tech support over it.
