Too bad the Witcher 2 isn't Steam activated =/ Already got it downloaded, but I'd rather buy it and manage it through Steam.

    Eh? Mine's managed through Steam...

Unless you mean the Digital Premium thing?

I'm pretty sure that Middy's talking about "The Witcher 2 Digital Premium ($14.99)" deal from Amazon. I don't think Amazon hands out Steam keys [or a GOG key/whatever] for The Witcher 2. If they do, then I'll have to start looking closer at Amazon for games.

They do occasionally give out Steam keys (as mentioned in my post). They just don't advertise it heavily - the only place they mentioned it was a Facebook post about the sale. This particular sale only has four Steam key games: the two I already mentioned, The Darkness II, and Payday: The Heist.

Yep. Alot of games, especially newer ones, the keys work on Steam. Just search the comment section, or control+f steam, and you'll usually be able to see.

Daily Deal - Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, 75% off! $4.99 USD

This is the game which is brought up again and again for its level design, in particular the "Ocean House Hotel" mission. I was a little worried about playing this game because it's from 2004 and used to have a lot of bugs, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. Just download the community patch and you're good to go. It's well worth the five bucks.

I could give you lots of advice, but it's best to discover it for yourself. Just don't play the crazy or ugly vampire races the first time [Malkavian and Nosferatu, respectively]. Malkavians spoil parts of the plot and Nosferatus have to stay hidden from the humans.

Bought a copy for the next secret santa.

Definitely worth playing, and it's a great price, too.

Got it. Been on my list of games to play for a while. It'll probably be a while before I play it though. I still have to do the Dead Space games, Assassin's Creed and Half-Life. Fucking school.

Meh they're minor spoilers for the Malks and both being a complete fucking lunatic and using your vamp power to make people do completely batshit insane things when you talk to them is fairly much endlessly amusing.

This is a retail sale, not digital, but enough people want Skyrim that even digital diehards might buy it this way instead. Skyrim uses Steamworks afterall.

Skyrim is $39.99 [$20 off] for PC, Xbox360, and PS3.

    USA: NewEgg with free shipping.
    Canada: The Source.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is stupid cheap at $7.49.

It's on Gamersgate, but is completely redeemable on Steam due to being a Steamworks game. If you picked up that 15% Gamersgate discount a month ago, the little beauty is still working and brings the price down to $6.37.

SIX DOLLARS AND THIRTY SEVEN CENTS. The mind boggles. Deus Ex: HR is in no way worth that little.

    Sid Meier's Civilization® V $7.49 $29.99 Save 75%

It's through GMG, but it is a Steam game. http://www.greenmangaming.co.uk/games/strategy/sid-meiers-civilization-v/

God dammit I wish I checked this thread more often. I would have loved Civ 5 for 8 bucks. Did anybody buy a spare copy?
