So, should anyone be interested, Ive got a CD key for the FEAR expansion, Extraction Point, FEAR2, and Warhammer Mark of Chaos Battle March that have never been used.

EDIT: Seems to be working properly now. Too bad there's no DLC included in this, but when it's ten bucks for a relatively new game like this, I'm not complaining much.

I'd just try a vpn or proxy. I don't know if a us version of Back to Karkand would work with an indian version of BF3, but its worth a try. If you want something else, just try creating a new Origin account with a U.S. ip with one of those free vpns/proxies. I don't know how well this would work, but you have nothing to lose if it is a new account.
