I got this, but I already own Prototype, so if anyone wants the Steam code send me a PM.

I actually quite enjoyed it, if only for the ridiculous carnage.

Infamous is the better game, in my opinion. Or, I enjoyed Infamous a great deal more than I enjoyed Prototype.

    I've not played Infamous, as I don't own a PS3, sadly enough.

inFamous is a better series than Prototype (especially since inFamous 2 is excellent and Prototype 2 is trash), but the first Prototype is overall fairly solid. The story is trash and not fun to play, but it's one of the most fun games to just fuck around in I've ever played.

Yeah, Prototype isn't impressing me much. I question whether it was even worth the $5.00 I paid for it. That Young Justice crossover Ryuugi Shi started here got me a little interested, but I guess he writes better than the actual game writers do. And I'm fairly bored with mindless slaughter without something deeper to back it up.

That's unfortunate, because mindless slaughter (and jumping off extremely tall buildings) is pretty much all Prototype is good for. $5 is a good price for that game.

GMG has Earth 2160 for free right now. I don't know how it is, but it is free. Plus as mentioned before Borderlands 2 is going for $34.45 with the 35% off coupon. And I have a referral link that will get you $2 credit for games.

Hitman Absolution is going for a little under $30 with a 35% off coupon at gmg. I'm thinking of getting it myself. It looks like a cool game, and the trailers kind of remind me of Deus Ex: HR. I probably wait until some more reviews show up though.

Edit: apparently this sale is for the professional edition, which retails for $60 and sells for $54 on steam. So it is an even better deal.

Saints Row 3 is on sale for 75% on amazon. The most interesting thing though is that you get $5 promo credit good for any "Editors Choice" games in January. I think there is at least $20 in promo credit available from purchasing SRS and its dlc. Who knows how good the games will be in January though.

Amazon released their list of lightening deals for Black Friday. Most of the deals are console games but they do have some pc games. The most interesting to me is that they are selling all versions of Dishonored for $25 on Thursday afternoon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1000853511

None of them are downloads though, so these deals aren't much use to people outside the US.

Sleeping Dogs is 66% off on gmg. That brings it down to $13.60 with a coupon code.

I'd see it hitting $12.50 on a steam 75% off sale, but I doubt it would go to 75% off over the thanksgiving or christmas sale this year. It's still on sale with the same discount and coupon if you aren't in the U.S., you will just have to find game on the site. That link is for the North American edition.

Steam Thanksgiving sale has started now!

Nothing much looks interesting right now, but they are doing those timed flash deals again.

Spec Ops: The Line is only $15 right now. That's a good game, albeit kind of short. I recommend you get it for that price.
