This is pretty good story with strange ending. It's worth a read.

Bungle in the Jungle has some good Luna/Harry interaction. Not everyone likes this particular form though.

You mean, it has the worst Harry/Luna interaction ever written? It's one of those things where you could just cut her entirely out of the story, and it would actually increase in quality, which is saying something because Luna is an awesome character. She's just pointlessly shoehorned in so JBern could have a Harry/Luna story. I'm pretty sure that's the exact reason.

Browncoat, Green Eyes has some of the better Luna/Harry scenes I've read in fanfiction. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of them and the pairing isn't exactly central.

A necro here, but this thread looked terribly bare, so I'll add to it:

Antosha writes an excellent Luna. He's the only writer who can write sex scenes (mostly H/G/L) involving Luna which don't turn her onto Luna-in-name-only. I review some of his works here.

Stunning Shifts is unexpectedly good. It starts off looking like a generic Alternate Dimension story, but it gets really good as it goes along. Luna's character voice is spot on.

Prince of the Dark Kingdom has minor Harry/Luna content. It has werewolf!Luna, and has some delightful interactions between Luna and other members of the Pack.

A Call to Arms by My Dear Professor McGonagall is an excellent story. It is an account of what happened at Hogwarts during the events of DH, through Ginny and McGonagall's POV. Luna naturally has an important role. I very much prefer it to Thanfiction's story.

Backward with Purpose, On the Way to Greatness and Canloadh's Song have Luna in minor roles, but she is very well written. On the Way to Greatness also has one of my favorite fanfiction quotes by Luna:

("I'm saying that belief is very important for wizards. And you, Harry, are a miracle. It's easy to believe in you, if you allow it.")

And that is all. It is very difficult, if not impossible to give Luna any character depth without making her feel OOC, which is why most stories with good characterization of Luna are either very short or have her play a minor role. Back to the Garden has Luna in a major role, but even there she's somewhat OOC. She's a likable character nonetheless, and she still feels like canon Luna most of the time, so I'll call it a win there.
