I had an idea for one where Harry ends up in the ghost town at the end of season 2 long after book 7 and eventually you find out that his destiny was to redeem wizard kind in the eyes of God by helping Sam and Dean kill Lucifer. He was going to absolve wizardkind of their original sin which began when the ancestor of all wizards/witches, Cain, killed the ancestor of of all non-magical people, Abel. Basically a Jesus fic set in the SPN world that ended at the end of season 5.

But yours sounds much better and much easier to pull off. I'd love to give it a try. Writing a Luna/Harry romance atm but once that's finished I'll give it a go.

I might be able to combine yours with mine actually...

Me too. Even if it was a bit contrived and foolish.

 

I loved it. But yeah it did seem a bit iffy. But still awesome.

 

I really like how they depicted Samuel Colt, such a freakin' boss. The last scene with the package was sweet.

Total back to the future vibe. Which is fine cause I love that trilogy.

 

I'm a bit disappointed that there hasn't really been a bigger reaction to the Mother from the angels. The fact that Cas hasn't spazzed out about her makes her evilness go down a notch or two in my eyes. Yeah, he's fighting a war, but you'd think that a being that can create things on a whim (like a monster version of God) would have brought out more of a reaction. I guess it's just too hard to top Lucifer.

 

Looks like there will be a Season 7 after all.

Anyone remember that picture in Sam's house in the meta episode, where he's riding a horse. I was totally expecting that scene this episode.

No Cas, WHY!?!?!! Yay Crowley!!! Conflicted. I expected more out of Eve, but I guess we'll see.

Not a bad episode overall. Next episode looks to be a lot more interesting.

Eve's storyline ended too suddenly. so much potential. but still good episode.
Cas darkside was pretty obvious. Crowley kicking it old school... not so much.

Dark!Cas is pretty bawse. Crowley's an awesome son of a bitch. Writers, my faith is restored- at least until the season finale.

I am incredibly disappointed that Eve already kicked the bucket, that ended way too abruptly. I expected more episodes with her. I just hope she survived somehow, although that doesn't seem likely.

Although, I thought if the alpha dies, the rest die too, so wouldn't all monsters die, when Eve dies? Seeing that demons had to kill the boys, doesn't it follow that Eve may be still alive?

Dark Castiel was being build up for several episodes, so no real surprise there. It was pretty neat to see and I actually thought that Cas was faking the whole being powerlessness and was going to do something.

Cowley, that magnificent bastard, is simply still awesome.

If there is one thing I think that is not nearly addressed in Supernatural, it's the ambiguity of the monsters. There simply have been too few "good" monsters and if there were any, those were killed too.

Although, it seems to be that either Crowley is, like Balthazar, another subordinate of Castiel, or that they have banded together as equals, so maybe we will see some ambiguity within the demons at least. Angels and good guys always had the moral and ethical ambiguity while monsters were too often simply "evil".

The vampires, that one werewolf chick, that one shapeshifter and the phoenix were the only ones I can remember who were actually "good". It's a pity that they didn't address the fact that Dean simply killed the Phoenix because it was a monster and that they needed the ashes.

 

I love everything and everyone that had a part in making this episode.
