Ordinarily, the order of the phases will be:

Day (Challenge) -> Dusk (Tribal Council) -> Night (1-on-1 QT time)

But just for the First Phase, we will do the following:

Day 1 (Ultimate Tug-of-War) -> Night 1 (1-on-1 QTs) -> Dusk 1 (Tribal Council 1) -> Day2->Dusk2->Night2 (Normal Cycle).

The reason why that we'll go into Night before Tribal Council for this First Phase is to give the Losing House the opportunity to strategise, form alliances, and scramble before eliminating one of their own. After our first Tribal Council, we will resume the normal cycle of Day (Challenge) -> Dusk (Tribal) -> Night (Strategy).

tl;dr, regardless of who wins this Challenge, everybody is encouraged to use Night 1 wisely, because Night 2 won't occur until after Dusk 2 (Tribal Council 2).
