In my fantasyland, if Nego/Eido/beruru/Reg/Kai spontaneously blew up, town would win.

 

Finally home, have a laptop the day spare and am feeling in a much better headspace about the game.

Going to try and break this game down into sections and work from there.

Still would bet the game on Newcomb being town here; just a sheer amount of posts, interactions and comments from him that I think are well and truly outside of his scum range, more notable ones are early game interactions with Eido such as; 150, 288 and 290. The depth behind the scum read on Nego in 542 and the way he interacts and tries to understand/get a read on Nego is something that I don't think he's capable of doing as scum like how it's played out here. Ultimately don't think he can fake the depth of thought process inside a lot of the reads in 1714 and 1730 at all, aren't going to waste much more time from hereon out explaining this read anymore unless someone really wants me to, especially since it's looking like this is a read ~most~ people currently share anyway.

Stanari is just..always town here too, isn't a read I want to go into deeply since it's for the most part a 'body of work' type thing where her posts outside of the initial early D1 early have come across very genuine/trying to gamesolve and move the game forward in a way I don't think she's capable of doing as mafia. Few people have put forward specific posts of hers re; post-merges with a "Thought process/progression in them are super town, is her going crazy in the thread trying to solve alone" and I strongly agree with that.

@Newcomb - I read the Citrus/Nego interaction you quoted and I'm not getting a lot from it other than disliking Negos end of it in a "Citrus moved down while acknowledging it's possibly just a playstyle clash" type thing. If you're thinking of it from a "W/W or not W/W" angle I don't think the posts rule out that team, nor do I think it hugely points towards it.

@Eidolonic - I think you've misread my 1801; don't think that it's hugely likely that I was directly shot here, think the most likely thing is Gemma being short directly, or her being on Newcomb here and being shot. But I think at the time of the post that I quoted there she was 100% intending to BG me N1, the comment she made is a call-back so to speak (Kind of ugh, but yeah) to Disney Mafia where I was a 1-shot Doctor and she was freaking out about something in the thread / not getting thoughts out and dying and I'd reassured her that she didn't need to worry (As I knew I'd have been protecting her at night), kind of feel that comment back is meant for the same type of thing. I think the EOD fuckaroundfliptype thing re; her stance on me meant she may have moved from her plans of being on me to Newcomb. Also don't think it's implausible that she took a step back and realised I was town overnight and protected me there, and/or wanted to just make sure I lived to D2 since she knew I was only playing at 10% D1 and stayed in this game largely because of her.

 

With Eido I figured that's so not my problem so I put him in town to make life easier.

I haven't had opportunity to do my ELITE SOULREADS on some people yet. So what I did when I made that post was read d2, then go afk, then read d2 again, then go afk again, then think citrus and beru are pinging me in my soul, so I'll ISO them and then we end up with that post.

We don't need to mention that day 1 is a haze of sleep deprivation and barely contextual memes.

I think you specifically would probably have a good time with MP7. Probably Jan. I am personally curious about Kai but don't think that would be hugely productive for you.

This is like super pure and I want to townread it really badly.

 

Miners frustration re; treatment of himself to Newcomb in 1754 and ~things~ make more sense coming from town here than scum (Even if I don't understand at all how /he/ can be the one frustrated with the situation). Lots of his analysis and thoughts in 1387 are ?? re; I don't think they make much sense but I do think they come off as things he genuinely believes and I do like the worry/concern that he's pocketed by Citrus since I've had sort of similar concerns about him this game while town reading him. The lack of real commentary/stance on Fenwicked from Miner and avoidance talking about the wagon while pushing his scum read on me is a little concerning with the flip though? Like a "Know a mslynch is about to go through, don't have to touch it, can push somewhere that might help for future days / not being part of that might look good" type thinking but that's eh, in that it's also very plausible it's just Town!Miner being stubborn and pushing a grudge-esque type thing over playing properly? I like Jariozoks read/analysis on Nego in 1902, a lot, even moreso given it's sort of a turnaround read from his prior thoughts/stance on Nego and I think the progression here is very natural. Would like some thoughts on the Stanari read flip/progression walked through though.Think the slots more likely town than not overall and pretty happy to put it to the side for now but very far from locking it in as town?

@Jarizok - Can you explain the reasoning behind the Stanari scum read initially (Even if you disagree with the reasoning now, what were you thinking when you voted her, what was the strength of the read like etc) and what's the level of confidence on your town read on her at the moment?

@Eidolonic - Wouldn't mind bouncing with you re; this slot when you've caught up if you see anything different or think the slot actually needs a little more focus than what I'm likely to give it.

Yes I think that was a soft town read at the time (the lump thing). I don't actually remember but I'm on my phone and haven't looked at those few pages again since (I can look on my computer again later + comment more if you want)

Hi I'm still alive.

Been a really long and weird two days, just got off a 12 hour shift and starting my commute home. Might pop in tonight, might hard sleep until tomorrow. I have the day off though so I'll be a PRESENCE.

On skim Jarizok looks way looser than when he wolfed in my champs game so that's exciting

@Newcomb Nego and Cirtus not likely w/w. Have seen Nego have strong reactions like that as either alignment. I'll look at it again later though if I missed whatever point you were trying to make, like he's supposed to be hella wolfy from it or something. Like maybe town!nego would more likely OMGUS vote there if he felt that strongly about Cirtus being fake? But I feel like I forced myself to think that rather than actually think it.
