Newcomb. Awkward vs cheeky differs very very much between ppl. There’s a ton of cheek if you read M7’s ISO from a wolf PoV. Interactions with Tsaiah/Beru but also with Vaimes/Stan/Gemma and pocketing and such.

M7 was actually having fun as a wolf early. This in contrast to some people that I’ve heard dislike wolfing.

Could actually see the bulk of this being a partner thing, except I super don't think Reg puts that last sentence in there as a wolf. Like, if he's saying all that shit about a partner, he's doing it with intnention. Dunno waht intention exactly, distancing setting up something blah blah blah, but there's a point, and I don't think he just does all that and then slaps a "any resemblance this paragraph bears to an actual read, living or dead, is entirely coincidental" disclaimer on it.

 

So. M7 has great tone as a wolf but has trouble actually wolfsiding (scumreading townies, townreading buddies).

I kind of remember Fonti making a Scum!Von post, not sure entirely how serious it was but the Fonti kill kind of fits what I think Von would do there? (My issue with his EOD play is he was trying to push the game towards Nego when the wagons were Beruru/Empoof, then when it ended up being Beruru/Empoof wagons he actively lurked).

 

Can I pretend I kept Reg and Eido as scumreads all this time just so they wouldn’t get nightkilled? Pretty please?

 

I'm also squinty eyes with his treatment of Eido/myself this game lately.

Am doing that first thing when I get home, his EOD unvote and movement towards Kai looks p bad.

 

Reminder to trek/look at Vaimes's reads progression on the Tsaiah(Empoof)/Bears slots.

 

Vaimes is in danger of getting squeezed out of the town block, yeah. Dunno if I'd kick him out on spec, but I'm re-reading.

His EoD looks bad on paper, and I know he's gotten better as a wolf, but like.... I kinda think it more looks bad than actually makes sense as w/w/w with empoof/beruru there. The actively lurking is pretty easy to see as a villager since you/dLGN were getting pretty heated, and Vaimes doesn't like that kind of thing in what should ostensibly be a friendly, civil game (neither do I, tbh). But even without that, I just think he busses one of them there, almost always?
