Thanks for the praise, but i'm pretty sure that's exactly what most of authors on this site do.

The point is, i'm unable to make a decision, so at the moment, i'm writing around it, and leaving that last bit for the end.

I know some of you guys want the story to step up, seeing as 25,000 words have gone over only a day and a half. Same here, i'm itching to write the later part of the summer...but i can't. I HAVE to write these parts of the story in, 'cause otherwise i just wont be satisfied with what i wrote.

I'll try my damndest t get the chapter to my Beta by Saturday, since i already have 2 exams on consecutive days later this week. opefully, thenext instalment will be up by Monday.

    Peace.

No offence, but Serapheth, as long as it's got Harry/Cho then you always at least take a look at it, you may not end up liking it or you may, but if it's harry/cho you look at it. This has got my favorite ship in the HP universe, Harry/Tonks, and that's why I first took a look. And I agree it's good that there's both the censored and uncensored versions, at least then Yarrgh! doesn't have to listen to FFN bitching at him if someone complains. Truth be told I still don't know how you've gotten away with some of what you've written Serapheth, though it's all good to me, 'cause you and most of the Admins on here are great authors.

It's simple...the Admins at FFNet wouldn't dare to delete a story as popular as Dakaath.

Same deal with Lust of a Dark SOul...it's graphic, but popular. I'm sure Vash has a truly MASSIVE number of hits...it's the sort of story that people want to read, but they don't want others to know that they did, so there won't be many reviews. He probably has more than 100,000 hits at the least.

True. I myself when I find a good enough fic will tell ppl about it if I can. It's just that there's not really a lot of truely Great fics that I'd tell ppl about. Yeah Dakaath and Vash have those great fics, along with Midknight and Dark Syaoran also, hell almost everyone of the admins and mods on here have truely great fics working right now. I like epic fics or novel length fics. I've already got ah 3-4 fics that go over a million words each, sure not all of them are HP but still as long as it's over 100k words and under 30 chapters by the time it reaches that many words then it's at least worth looking at for me, I hate these fics that are 70+ chapters and only around 100k stories, it's a waste of time to write tht many chapters both for the author and the reader, that's why I like Serapheth and midknights fics, their detailed long and no wasting time. I'd like to see this fic reach those same standards like their's has.

Anyways keep it up and hopefully you can speed it up but keep the quality that you've hade so far.

Dumbledore part coming up in Chap 4...revealing truths that he hid for more support. Not too much detail, so unlike Chap 3.

As long as Harry doesnt stand in the middle of the Great Hall or Dumbledore office or where ever ranting about how his life sucks and its all the headmasters fault then I look forward to it.

I really dont like it when Harry rants like that, make him sound way too immature.

    Absolutely.

The point is for Harry to show himself as entirely different that what people think he is. Ranting about the injustice of growing up in a cupboard whilst standing in the middle of the Great Hall isn't really conducive to the image i'm trying to portray.

Arrrgghh! I'm itching to write the latter half of the summer! Dammit.

Syaoran: love the sig and avatar.

Harry seems more mature in this fic than any other Dark Harry fic I've seen. The best way I can descibe him is 'reasonable.' Also, I like the view on metamorphamagi. A great fic by a talented artist.

    WHEEEEE!!!

I'm finally done with that goddamn Chap 4!!! Blasted thing was a pain to write...i kept rewriting things.

I literally rewrote the last 4,000 words of the chap in the last 2 hours or so...and when i was done, i looked thorugh it and liked what i wrote.

What are the chances? I was writing like i was inspired...crazy...i've never typed that fast ever. Don't think i even stopped for more than 10 seconds in between, i just kept typing it for 2 hours straight.

Okay, i sent it to Zero, and i'll post it the same day i get it back.

I swear it...i need to get this damn chap off my back anyways.

First I just wanted to congratulate you on writing two amazing fics. To be honest I can’t really decide which I'd rather see updated.

How long does your beta usually take? Cause I’m really looking forward to this chapter.

Well done God, did see that it was good?

I was like that during my history exam - except I was using a pen and walked out with major writer's cramp.

It's uploaded now, on FicWad and on FFNet.

I got it back from Zero quite promptly..he's Beta'ing my fic, if none of you knew. He thought it was good, so i'm quite pleased.

Let me know what you think...criticism, pointing out flaws, whatever.

    Peace.

Tis the best chapter so far. Snape scene, Harry/Tonks interaction (without fainting for once), crazy Bellatrix and the best one - Dumbledore's characterisation... they were all great. Solid, detailed writting style is a refreshing to see too.

    As for the faults...

Sending Snape to get Harry's wand is NOT a mistake your Dumbledore should have made. He would have either sent someone who has good relations with Harry (Lupin), or tried to sneak up on him and cast the spell/steal the wand while Harry is sleeping. Sending Snape got to be the stupidest thing he could have done.

Tonk fainting... you might have overdid it (that's for the previous chapter). The first time was more or less ok, but fainting when Harry told her about Salazar being his father seemed just like an artificialy cute way to close the chapter.

Purebloods... it's scientifically prooven that inter-marrying is weakening the bloodlines. No old wine theory works there - if both parents are closely related, you get a genetically inferior child and that's that. Just a nature's way of forcing groups of people to mix together.

And finally, Harry being an idiot in some situations where he shouldn't have been (like when cursing Lestrange with an unforgiveable or allowing Umbridge to overhear him planning DA and then torturing him) is still a problem, but there's no helping there - that's bound to happen in any Harry-hidding-his-true-abilities story.

Anyway, good work. Keep working on this one, I prefer it to your other smut/gore-fest fic.

I liked that chapter. I wonder, how did Harry screw with Dumbledore's chess set? Maybe it is just representative. I'm looking forward to when Harry starts to learn to morph.

    Cheers, man.

Sending Snape: True, it was a bad decision to make. I'm not trying to justify it, but as i read what you wrote, i remembered that i mentioned that the only people in the castle were Snape and Dumbledore. Since Dumbles had a fight with Harry not four days ago, he'd be more inclined to send ANYONE else at hand. I just came up with this, it wasn't done intentionally. It was stupid, but not something most people would pick up on...i didn't until you mentioned it; i just used it to add to the plot.

Tonks: Yeah, the fainting was a bit much, and i'll definitely stop that from now. As you might have seen, in this chap, i'm trying to start showing Tonks as more than just eye-candy. She's smart, forceful, and relatively powerful, and Harry will start recognizing it. Eh...attribute it to the "injury at the DoM...the FIASCO!" :?

Purebloods:That is exactly my point. I'm writing this fic with the premise that there aren't only a thousand purebloods in Britain. I'm going for a number like 200,000 magical people, including squibs, and that purebloods make up about 25,000 of them. Point is, that most purebloods have only their blood to their name, there are only a select few that are powerful and rich, and they form the Wizengamot. As you saw with the explanation of the Crowen family, Lily's parents were pureblooded, but their family was far from influential and powerful. THey were the working class, with not much mroe than their blood to their name.

Cheers, and i'm not offended int eh elast by the fact that you didn't like Incubus...you're the first one to be truthful and outright say you thought it was nasty.

Taking all the afor mentioned 'faults' in account, I really like this chapter, and I can't wait for the next one.

Keep up the good work :)
