    Interesting. While I agree with the gist of what he's saying, I'm not sure I agree with all his examples, however. Black Hawk Down has an equal amount of steady cam shots during portions of the film where combat is not taking place and in the midst of combat his so-called 'Chaos Cinema' is prevelant for the same reasons as Hurt Locker, which he mentioned being an exception. Also, John Woo is credited as being at the forefront of the movement turning action into spectacle with his bloody, violent and chaotic films.

    Nevertheless, he makes his point well.
