So, I noticed there isn't a thread for this show and so I decided to make one.

The show basically revolves around a serial killer and the detective (Gillian Anderson) in charge of the investigation trying to find him. Both seem to be sociopaths, but in completely different ways. It takes place in Belfast and you get a look into the personal lives of both. (I find the detectives personal life not so interesting, but the killer's is fascinating imo.)

It's a pretty good show. It isn't the best fucking thing since sliced bread, but I would definitely recommend it. One of the reasons I like it is because it seems to be much more realistic on the detective side of things than most shows. (Not to say there aren't unrealistic things that nag at me, but it is much better than most. And also, I have no real knowledge of detective work, which is why I used the word seems.)

I actually empathize with the killer way more than I do the detective. I have no idea if that's more a comment on me or the show though.

Anyways, it's available streaming on netflix which is where I found it.
