Yeah, tell that to the guy who know every inch of the Fifty Xanatos Pileup in that story and has it documented in three different files and an unsightly wad of paper.

Needless to say, surefire way to get plastered.

Hm, the thread has been dead for about a week, but I felt a need to put these here. Make sure you take into account that I enjoy both of these stories, and I'm in no way bashing them.

Drink everytime you see the phrase "Maybe yes, maybe no" in Wastelands of Time.

And, drink everytime you see the adverb "Brusquely" in The Song of the Trees.

Edited: Whoops, thanks Perspicacity, never really dealt with that word before, but the "ly" does make it pretty obvious doesn't it? Meh.

    And yeah, I wasn't complaining.

I think it adds to the charm of the story, though it does make pretty clear what Tinn's milk tongue is.

(Oh, and 'brusquely' is an adverb. Just thought you should know).

That's actually the first one I've been tempted to try. Nice.

    -nods-

Just often enough to stay buzzed without actually going too deep into totally toasted.

depending on how fast you can read of course.
