    Couldnt have said it better myself.

    Whenever i try to write a story i'm always going over it and changing things and by the end its so different that i end up deleting it because its not what i want. I have like four stories with half the first chapters done but they will never get finished because im never happy with them...

    i dunno, i'm thinking of writing a Azkaban/Dark!Harry fic. Dark, not Dark but lightsided. He is actually going to kill people for fun and catch up with the betrayers. I'm thinking about making it a Harry/Bellatrix aswell.

    Bellatrix gets thrown out like trash by the Dark Lord and Harry gets thrown away like trash by the Wizarding World. She's still going to be a psyhco cow thou, its just that Harry turns a bit demented himself :D

    Sound good so far?

    And I did rewrite a good bit of that chapter, particularly from the arrival at Gringotts up through the end. Those of you who follow the story might want to reread it, as it provides quite a bit more detail.

    I like seeing Harry in Slytherin but i also like him going to Ravenclaw. Not many Ravenclaw!Harry's around.

    Ravenclaws think for themselves and are driven by a passion to learn as opposed to Slytherins who do what is in their best interest ultimately. Both work as long as he's not a rash Gryffindor, or a blindly loyal Hufflepuff.

    Urgh...Hufflepuff Hogwarts could do without...and I'm glad you decided to stick him in Ravenclaw *grins evilly*. Now he can be neutral and friends with Draco.

    Of course *grins*

    I really like the stories out there when he makes a deal/pact/ect or becomes friends in secret with Malfoy. But around everyone else, they are still at eachothers throats. I dunno why but i like it.

    If he's in Ravenclaw then it doesnt have to be secret but the thrill of them sneaking around and know one knowing it is... i dunno, its just good.

    I think I've only seen Shake me! with Harry as a Hufflepuff... and he was put there simply to shake up the whole house, and acts as er.. UnHufflepuffish as could be.

    I disliked that story...besides the fact he has this kid that the author uses to fill 80% of the story content up with, it was rushed and lacked any real depth.

    I liked that chapter alot...it illuminates a bit of the possible path ahead in the story. Myself I'd like to see Harry with Penny.

    i think its a very interesting story... great chapter too.. though as long as its not harry/ginny or harry/hermy ill be happy with it either way... though ive never seen a harry/penny before...

    Next chapter ought to be up either tonight or early tomorrow. Just wanted to ask something beforehand, to whoever here actually follows this fic. I'm considering skipping the second and third years and skipping to the fourth. Events will mostly mirror canon regardless except with some details altered here and there. I'm thinking it might be best to get to where the action starts to heat up, in the Triwizard Tournament year. So, should I cover the second and third years at length, or just skip them and provide back details where needed?
