I'm rather ambivalent about the return of negrep. On one hand, we now have an effective way to express our displeasure with someone's post. But on the other hand, it'll probably start an e-peen contest.

When do you get a 2nd box. Just curious since I never really understood it to begin with.

 

Somehow I doubt that would be the case if you knew who they were. I also don't think it's possible for you to be given random negative rep, the fact that you exist is probably enough for some people.

Edit: Vash seems to think this is somehow untrue and neg-repped me for it... I wonder when the last time he looked around was?
