To each their own, but over the course of a whole story, I feel like it'll get old, fast - if the HKness is upped, I should add.

 

I agree. HK is good, but like all good things, should be added sparingly.

It was a good chapter, but I wish the plot had progressed a bit more. The frustratingly long wait now is well, frustrating.

 

It's really hard to judge pace in FanFiction, where you're so desperately waiting - often a long time - for each chapter.

 

Agreed. I guess a re-read is in order.

 

I still feel pretty waffle-y about this one. At least the "Havoc" side of the fic seems really undirected. Harry still doesn't seem to have a "goal" which I feel like he should have after fourteen chapters and nearly a hundred thousand words. At least in the "Unsuspecting" fic there's a direction ("figure out what is up with this guy who rips at the Force"). Things just sort of happen in "Havoc."

In addition to that, the starship battle in the Nimbus didn't show off the best technical writing and I had trouble following some of the action.

I don't know. I'll probably still read it but it seems to be getting lost in the doldrums.

 

Just a thought: what if Harry had a pair of vornskr as pets?

 

And call them what, Durm and Strang?

I hope that this installment means that Harry will return to Naboo in the next chapter of the main story. I really want to see more Padme/Harry action.

 

While the technical writing within this story could use some overall work, and it doesn't seem to have been plotted out very thoroughly if at all, it still manages to be a moderately pleasant read. Owing mostly, I think, to it being set in space. But if there's one thing that can rapidly make an otherwise ok or mildly good fic trash, it's being filled with poorly written, cringe inducing sex scenes. And this fic is treading dangerously close to that threshold.

I found this quite enjoyable. Not a masterpiece by any means, but a good story to pass time nonetheless.
Can be understood with minimal knowledge of the Star Wars universe, so that's another plus.

I thought the side story was funny. Very funny.

 

Glad to finally see this updated again. One of my favorites.

 

Definitely the best Star Wars crossover I've read. A most amoral, yet still fundamentally good Harry, accomplishing good things through questionable means, is my favorite characterization. Liking how there is little to no romance.
No meeting a hot girl, instantly liking her, and going about righting wrongs of the galaxy through brutal violence, while comparing the Jedi order and their methods to Dumbledore and his order. All in all, I'd give it a 4.5/5. Rating may go up, depending on how the Sith plot unfolds and ties in.

 

Couple cringe moments in this chapter but overall an enjoyable read, as usual. I like the direction this is taking, considering that change is necessary for this kind of fic to not turn into repetitive one-upping bullshit.

I have faith, though. It hasn't disappointed us so far.
