I was trawling through the depths of the HPfanfiction sub reddit looking for reccs when I found a link to this blog.

The author has an interesting approach to reviewing stories, sometimes going chapter by chapter, or divvying them up into 'arcs', and reviewing them that way. Their back catelogue of reviews is far from comprehensive, but some of the posts might make you think differently about some fics you'd already made your mind up on.

Yeah, I would imagine so. It doesn't make a lot of sense as a tier name, but I suppose that it gets the point across.
