Potential insight into attitude/mentality going into the game, for one. Trying to figure out how much I like being here, and maybe if that might alter my approach.

You may not value it, but I do--I'm also actively looking at people's emotional approach, and if I think they prefer one alignment over the other, it's a little piece that I'm gonna consder while making a read. (Also, "emotional mindset" or something woulda probably been a better way to put that.)

As for SS, he's someone who seems to spend early game looking a lot for other town, like I do. He also tends to [redacted until I catch up and read more of him]. And no, I'm not sure at all (and I don't think I've seen his scumgame). But it's a good place to start a d1 sort on!

 

Jan:

Out of the GH/Zack/Visor/Cuth superfecta that you mentioned, I'd suggest placing emphasis on myself and Cuth, in that order, before EOD. We're in danger of being lynched, Zack and Visor are not.

My iso is also reasonably easy to digest compared to theirs.

 

And, and, this isn't new to me, and I've just skimmed GH's iso. I don't see how Kalas wouldn't have realized it when he was focused on GH.

 

I kinda don't like this wording, since it implies that it'd be a bad thing for Cuth to be lynched, but Cuth is someone that GH is voting for so.... ???

 

GH and Dyachei are both somewhat in a space where I would expect more of them, but I know that both of them need an actual break from the game of mafia but get roped into playing over and over again.

Which muddies the read down a lot and doesn't make them scum for being less active.

And maybe I should not judge them the same way, but I know the break part applies to both of them, which is why I want to give them some leeway.
Plus I read GH scummy last game we played because my expectations clashed and I don't know his wolfgame at all.
Makes me more hesitant to go after him right now.
(I actually opened up his iso a minute ago and will look into most of it despite what I said) .

 

It's not implying that at all. It's important for Jan specifically and everybody in general for people to get a read on a likely lynch candidate down before they die because that becomes super valuable analysis material later in the game.

And as I told Vira earlier, my vote is not on Cuth.

 

I've been avoiding @Newcomb 's question about Jan. I, hmm, think he's town? The idea that he would deliberately pick a fight with you as scum to get townread is valid, but I think the push was genuine.

Also, I think Fable is snippy in a way that's hard fake as mafia.

 

Eh, I think is NAI. He's just pointing out that both are in contention for a lynch.

 

Then let's backtrack. Vira's response was 100% in her scum comfort zone and capability. How does that impact your read of that event.
