Because it's somewhat pointless once he's gone. There was probably more to it, but I've kind of forgotten at this point. Also if he's VT I'd say it's much better not to claim in case he survives. It would make him almost never the NK given his position. So I think he did the right thing in not claiming. It doesn't provide anything useful for us.

Normally I'd say no, but the lynch mechanic may change that up a bit. It's hard to figure more than half really though, that would seem excessive. Eh. I suppose if Koalas is indeed a wolf then it would make sense for them to mostly be on me actually. More of a guess than anything, I don't have a full wolf team in mind.
